Terms of use
Effective October 29, 2026. These terms are between you and New Wave Management Group, LLC, and are governed by New Jersey law.
Karma Points and rewards
- Points are a thank-you for visits. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, traded or cashed out.
- Points, tiers and referral rewards are not an investment and give no ownership, profit share or vote in Chair Club or New Wave Management Group, LLC.
- Points can be used only for cuts and perks at the shop that issued them, and count for 12 months.
- Referral rewards are given only for people you refer directly. Nothing is paid for your referrals' referrals.
- We may correct points earned by mistake or fraud.
Try Your Luck prize wheel: official rules
- No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
- Each paid visit includes one spin. Any registered client can also ask the shop for one free spin every 30 days, with no visit or purchase.
- Every spin wins one prize: bonus Karma Points, double points, or a service perk. The odds for each prize are shown under "Official rules" on the wheel.
- Prizes have no cash value and can't be transferred. Clients under 18 need a guardian on file. Void where prohibited. Sponsor: the shop running the wheel, on Chair Club.
Plans and billing (barbers and shops)
- The price shown before you start is the price you pay, plus any tax that applies.
- Plans renew automatically each month on the date you started, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in Barber HQ under Programs → Cancel plan. Cancel before your next bill and you won't be charged again. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before a price goes up, and you can cancel before it does.
- Referral discounts reduce your monthly price. They are never paid out as cash and never go below $0.
Barbers and shops
- Barbers listed on Chair Club must hold a current state barber license and keep the number on their profile up to date. In New Jersey, licenses come from the State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.
- Shops are responsible for their own shop license, sales tax on products they sell, and the services they provide.
